America Day- History, Glamour and 4th July Playlist

America Day- History

America Day It is found in some history books that Vikings were the one to touch the sands of a foreign Island which is now known as North America. the Viking ship was torn apart by a furious tide and the Norsemen somehow made to the dry land and laid their feet on the ground now called America.
Then, back in 1492, when Christopher Columbus formed a European colony of Americans leading towards more colonial formation in 1600 BC. After 1765, tax resistance, army disputes in 1775 and the Second Continental Congress in 1776 leveled paths for the declaration of “United States of America” after winning a revolutionary war led by George Washington with great support from France.
In 1783 Peace Treaty opened doors for the acquisition of eastern lands of Mississippi River (other than Canada and Florida). The chief advisor, Alexender Hamilton and First president of United States of America bought the Louisiana region from France doubling the American territory.
The final war fought with Great Britain in 1812 pushed the boundaries of America across Pacific Coast under the idea of Manifest Destiny (a belief, that the United States is destined by God and its believers were of the view that Democracy and Capitalism should be spread across the North American continent)
Civil wars (1861-65) were started by the seven southern slaves and the right to vote and freedom of expression were handed over to them but this war situation did not come to an end until in 1960 a Civil Rights Movement led to enforcement of civil rights constitution.
And by 20th century America merged out as the leading power in the field of Industry by business partnerships with Northeast and Midwest. Immigrants from Europe and around the globe also added to the creation of World’s Super Power. Massive progress was made during the years 1890’s to 1920’s. In 1917, USA was strong enough to call a war (World war I) on Germany. This led to a great achievement as women were given the right to vote in 1920 and the right of citizenship for the local Americans in 1924.
The dawn of 21st century was dark in favor of USA as in 2001, Al-Qaeda (a terrorist organization) attacked the World Trade Centre located in New York City and the
leading Industrialist Power experienced the worst setback in its history. The financial and economic growths almost came to an end.
