  1. Keep yourself “hydrated”. Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day.
  2. A handful of various nuts might boost up your brain other than keeping you warm.
  3. Exercise is a must! Low temperatures add a plus point to work out. No sweating!
  4. Engage yourself in physical activities like walking and playing the sport, you love.
  5. Get yourself exposed to the sun as much as you can to let your body soak in vitamin D.
  6. Eat healthy food. Add veggies to your meals, paired with whole grains.
  7. Get proper sleep. Your body needs to recharge for the next day.
  8. Keep yourself warm by clothes rather than by heaters or warmers.
  9. Update your playlist. Listen to the music of your choice.
  10. And last but not the least, don’t forget to drink Coffee, tea, and Hot Milk in this chilled weather.
